Peter Munson, Managing Partner
As Managing Partner, Peter has more than 15 years of management consulting
experience with firms such as Booz, Allen, Hamilton LLC, and Ernst & Young,
LLC. He has a broad range of experience, focusing Talent Management consulting,
supply chain services and systems analysis. Peter joined Executive Career Services
in 2003 and has been instrumental in expanding the firm's range of Talent
Management services and offices within Southern California. Through acquisition, he
merged ECS into a full partner of Career Partners International, a global network
of human resources firms.
Patti Healy, Vice President and General Manager
For more than 15 years, Patti has provided client companies and transitioning
employees with personalized assistance to facilitate their individual needs. Her
duties include managing the delivery of individual and group programs for ECS
clients as well as handling the interface with national and large-scale projects
from CPI Partners. She currently manages the operations for the firm in Southern
California, Nevada, New Mexico and Hawaii. Patti's organizational skills and
communication style are the foundation on which the Firm continues to build and
maintain business relationships. Patti holds a B.A. degree from the University of
Southern California.
Jim Dodgen, Vice President Consulting Services
For more than 25 years, Jim has been helping career professionals identify and
develop extraordinary powers they didn't know they had. An insightful and intuitive
career coach, Jim brings a wealth of diverse experience consulting entrepreneurs,
corporate executives and managers through the career growth process. He is a
seasoned and trained facilitator of the MBTI, DISC, and Strong Campbell Interest
Inventory assessments. He is passionate in learning new technologies, exploring
social media networking and embracing new ideas. Jim has worked with candidates
from client firms including Western Digital, Biogen Idec, Deloitte, Herbalife and
The Irvine Company. Jim holds a degree in Business Administration from Ottawa
University and has participated in numerous corporate training programs, as well as
completing graduate level coursework.
Kirk O'Hara, Vice President Consulting Services
Kirk provides services in the areas of executive coaching, change management, team
building and career management. His career includes more than 25 of experience in
the field of organization development. He has worked at the corporate headquarters
of Taco Bell and Dow Chemical Corporation, and served as Research Scientist on the
National Study of Workplace Drug Abuse Programs. Kirk's academic credentials
include a BA and MS from Fort Hays State University and a Doctor of Psychology in
Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University. He is
certified in Lominger's VOICES, Bigby Havis ASSESS, the Bar-On EQi and Birkman
assessments. He is also a certified LifeOptions Coach for retirement planning and
is qualified to administer and interpret a wide range of additional executive and
career-related assessments. Kirk is also an accomplished author and
presenter.
Patrick Ahern, Executive Coach
Patrick has more than 13 years of experience in coaching, management effectiveness
and organization development consulting.
He earned a BS from San Diego State University in Business/Finance and a MBA from
the University of Redlands/Cambridge University, UK. He also holds a Certification
in Strategic and Organization Development from the University of Phoenix and is a
Qualified Organization Effectiveness Specialist for the City of San Diego.
Patrick's clients include private sector, public, and not-for-profit
organizations.
John Arslain, Executive Coach
John has responsibility for providing career consulting and coaching services to
all levels of individuals in all functional disciplines. John has over 19 years of
experience in the career transition industry and spent an additional 19 years in
human resources management, including executive positions with domestic and
international corporations in both union and non-union environments. His community
involvement includes serving on the boards of several non-profit organizations.
John is a graduate of West Virginia University with a B.A. in Business
Administration and Economics and Advanced Business Studies at Pennsylvania State
University and University of California-Riverside.
Dr. Ken Misa, Ph.d, Executive Coach
Dr. Misa has worked for over the last 25 years with a wide range of industries and
Fortune 100 companies. A licensed Organizational Psychologist, he has been a
frequent speaker before national and regional organizations and has authored
articles on critical organizational and strategic human resource issues. Dr. Misa
is a past Board Member of the Institute of Management Consultants and past
statewide Board Member of the California Psychological Association.
